I noticed that there are some differences between my Evalbot and Fig. B1 in the user's manual found on TI's site. The punch-out mechanical components are in different places, which doesn't really matter, but there are some electronic differences as well.
Mostly I noticed that the through-holes for the SIP headers (just outside the RF expansion headers) are quite different. For instance on the left side, I only have three pins: PJ0, PE7, and +3V. Fig B1 has a 9-pin header there with those three pins and six of their friends.
A cursory glance shows some discrepancies in the ICDI portion as well.

I count 13 pins on that header, (4 connected to 3.3V in the upper corned of B1). On mine the rest are on the opposite side of the RF headers, they aren't all adjacent. The part naming subtly suggests this (if the layout doesn't), as H1-1 refers to Header 1, pin/part 1. H2-1 is Header 2, pin/part 1, and so on.
The ICDI portion looks radically different between the schematic and the layout, but it is mostly because a couple of the ICs that they use are quad buffers. These are single chips on the board, but are drawn on the schematic as independent figures. U19-A, U19-B, U19-C, and U19-D are all part of the same component, U19. There are certainly differences between the schematic and the Evalbot, including the ICDI power diodes, but it seems to be minimal.
