So, being a big python fan I was drawn to using eLua on the Evalbot. I installed the build that's available on this page -> www.eluaproject.net/en_downloads.html#binariesIt boots fine and I can access it through the serial port fine, but documentation for how to work with this particular board's limited to say the least. Can anyone point me in a direction for some information on the board and how to access things through eLua?

That sounds like a good idea. I haven't heard of eLua before, but it looks like an interesting platform. If we could build a binary tailored to the evalbot, it would probably be a great help to the folks who have bought evalbots but aren't really at the level of getting into all the details of building ARM cross-compilers, writing C for embedded systems, etc. I'm no help at this point but I think I'll try loading eLua onto my board and play around a bit. I assume you've checked the evalbot datasheets, including board schematics, for details of pin assignments and so on? focus.ti.com/mcu/docs/mcuorphan.tsp?contentId=77174

I'll have to check out the pinouts... had been looking for them but just found 'em. Hopefully I'll find a way to make a build that has a usable interface to the devices on the evalbot, but I'm not a terribly strong programmer in c and have little time to work on it :S
